PREMIUM RANGE
A series of eight top-of-the-range liqueurs to create Premium cocktails, best used in short drinks in which the liqueur becomes the principal ingredient.
Numerous varieties of spices and fruits have been tested to select only the best raw ingredients to enrich the aromas and obtain a perfect balance of flavours.
CLASSIC RANGE
A range of more than twenty liqueurs mostly created to be used in cocktails, to offer bartenders the highest quality and most authentic flavours at any season. From classic flavours such as Blue Curaçao , Triple Sec or Apricot Brandy to more surprising ones such as Rhubarb, Parfait Amour or Cognac & Almond Liqueur.
CRÈMES DES FRUITS
A range of over 15 fruit liqueurs with genuine flavours : some strong such as blackcurrant or blackberry, some subtle, like raspberry or wild peaches, some refined like wild strawberries or Poire William…
THOQUINO RANGE
The Thomaz de Aquino family distillery founded in 1906 (Grupo Thoquino), has been producing Cachaça for over 100 years.
Thoquino Cachaça is an “Aguardente de Cana” 100% pure sugar cane, made with freshly pressed sugar cane juice.
BIGALLET
Located in the French Alps (Isère, South-East of France) and established at the end of the 19th century , the Bigallet distillery, created by Felix Bigallet, produces plant liqueurs. Produced by Bigallet since 1875, China China is a bitter liqueur obtained from macerated and distilled orange peels blended with a bouquet of aromatic and spicy plants.
MIXOLOGY SYRUPS
A very large range of pure sugar, highly flavoured and colourful syrups which have been pasteurized to ensure a perfect preservation. The Giffard syrups have been specially created for professional bartenders in the cocktail & bar industry. They can be used in cocktails and in many non-alcoholic drinks (mocktails, smoothies, milkshakes or granitas).
All of our syrups used 100% pure sugar, derived from French sugar beets. In addition to its sweetening power the beetroot delivers a naturally white sugar.
