Colour : Light salmon pink with golden shades.

Aroma : Delightfully sweet. There is a nice blending between the sweetness of the flesh and the vegetal notes of the skin.

Tasting notes : Very fruity, close to the fruit itself. Sweet notes of the very ripe flesh and of the skin, typical of this fruit.
